Payment

Orders are processed using safe and secure PayPal. Just click on the item you would like to purchase and PayPal will walk you through the process. If you do not have a PayPal account, it will allow you to use your credit card.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges are included in the price of each cap! Most orders of in-stock caps will ship in 3-5 business days. Out-of stock caps will usually ship in 7-10 business days. Embroidered/personalized cap orders will usually ship in 7-10 business days.

Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of each handmade Walz Cycling Cap. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase in unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping). We do not accept returns on items after 30 days.
Please note: We do not accept returns on custom, made-to-order, embroidered, worn or damaged items.

Custom Orders

Have a ride coming up? Want to create a unique souvenir for a club trip? Order custom Walz Cycling Caps to commemorate the occasion. Choose your colors and add personalized embroidery with individual or club names.

Custom orders will take longer then items in stock. Prices vary depending on materials, colors, embroidery or other requests. Email us at orders@walzcaps.com with your requests and for a quote.
